Winter Park courtyard planting plan

About the work

I am looking for a garden specialist to plan a small courtyard in Winter Park. The work includes one local site discussion, a simple planting layout, a shortlist of Florida-friendly plants, and a phased materials list. Keep existing paths clear and favor low-maintenance planting. Please describe your approach, provide a fixed project estimate, and allow one revision after feedback. This is planning work; purchasing plants and installation are outside the scope.
